About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Must have experience in managing restaurant construction

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
  • Monitoring project progress, and providing regular updates to project stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, and mentoring junior engineers
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

  • With Food and Beverage experience
  • Professional Engineer (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements
