Mall Manager (SM City Baguio)

The Mall Manager is responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable mall operations in alignment with Management's directives and revenue expectations.

This role drives the continuous enhancement of the mall's physical value by developing and executing strategies that create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, encouraging customers to regularly patronize mall offerings.

The incumbent will consistently implement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas in accordance with company standards, government regulations, and statutory requirements, supporting the objective of maximizing shareholder value and sustaining industry leadership in retail.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize mall profitability and asset value.

Create and execute programs that enhance customer experience, safety, security, and overall mall ambiance.

Ensure consistent application of policies, guidelines, and procedures across all departments.

Monitor performance against management directives and income targets; implement corrective actions as needed.

Drive initiatives that attract and retain tenants, shoppers, and vendors.

Maintain compliance with company standards, government regulations, and statutory requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operations, facilities management, marketing, and leasing.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Proven track record in finance, marketing, property development, or business operations, with managerial experience.
