Job Description Design and implement mall-wide systems including POS, tenant management, building management systems (BMS), customer engagement platforms, and security systems. Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or replacements to meet operational needs. Lead system integration projects to ensure interoperability between various platforms. Manage system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with mall operations, leasing, finance, and marketing teams to align system functionalities with business processes. Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability. Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Monitor system performance and generate reports for management review. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems implementation. Proven experience in managing enterprise systems, preferably in retail, mall, or property management environments.
