Position Overview

The Logistics and Terminal Manager oversees the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations of petroleum storage and distribution terminals. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations, manages logistics activities, and leads teams responsible for inventory control, transport scheduling, and terminal maintenance. The position plays a critical role in optimizing the movement of petroleum products while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Terminal Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations of petroleum terminals, including storage, loading, unloading, and dispatch of fuel products.

Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.

  • Logistics Coordination:

Plan and coordinate the transportation of petroleum products to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers, and customers to maintain an efficient supply chain.

  • Inventory Control:

Monitor fuel inventory levels and reconcile stock records.

Implement effective loss prevention and inventory management procedures.

  • Safety and Compliance:

Enforce health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards within terminal operations.

Conduct safety drills, risk assessments, and ensure full compliance with Department of Energy (DOE) and other regulatory agencies.

  • Team Leadership:

Supervise terminal and logistics personnel, ensuring proper training, performance evaluation, and motivation.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintenance and Equipment Management:

Oversee maintenance schedules for tanks, pipelines, pumps, and other terminal equipment to ensure operational reliability.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare operational reports, fuel movement records, and incident reports for management review.

Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Juan (National Capital Region): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • petroleum terminal operations or logistics manage: 4 years (Preferred)
