Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive and organized Head Operations Coordinators to support the day-to-day operations of our manpower deployment services. The Operations Site Coordinators will assist in coordinating manpower requests, monitoring field activities, ensuring proper documentation, and helping meet deployment and operational targets. This role acts as a key link between the recruitment team, field personnel, and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage coordinators to ensure efficient workflow and task execution.

  2. Provide guidance, support, and training to the coordination team.

  3. Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.

  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.

  5. Coordinate with different departments, teams, and client to ensure seamless execution of projects and events.

  6. Ensure proper scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.

  7. Facilitate meetings, provide reports, and communicate updates effectively

  8. Address concerns and resolve conflicts among team members and clients

  9. Track and assess team performance, ensuring quality standards are met.

  10. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments

  11. Prepare reports and documentation on recruitment progress and team efficiency

  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

  13. Oversee budget planning, resource management, and logistics coordination

  14. Ensure all documents, reports, and records are accurately maintained.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams and tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,870.00 per month
