-Responsible for network troubleshooting and alarm response

-Monitor alarms 24/7, using various monitoring tools remote monitoring system (RMS).

-Generate regular dump of alarms and outages, accountability analysis and performs e-call to responsible field engineer/s to perform trouble restoration.

-Coordination with field engineers re site status and real time voltage, battery back-up time and other important site metrics as required.

-Trouble ticket creation, status tracking, follow up monitoring and ticket closing.

-Generates daily dump of alarm and outage logs for weekly analysis.

-Guarantees proper escalation matrix is being implemented

-Escalation of high-risk alarms to Zone Managers, up to Operations Head level as necessary.

-To maintain the power supply in sites using the back-up generators sets, rectifier and battery back-up system equipment.

-Overseas site access request or any activities.

-Responsible in assuring that SLAs and commitment to costumer are met in terms of site performance and availability.

-Key Accountabilities

-Analyze events and issues.

-Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems.

-Communicate with site technicians or third parties responsible for resolution.

-Track issues through to resolution

-Prepare and report to management on the progress and issues.

-Proactive and reactive monitoring

-Providing information on components and services availability, capacity, and performance metrics

-Routine activities, such as backing up and restoration of systems.

-Disaster recovery activities, such as executing system failover scripts.
