Role Overview:

We are looking for a Community Growth & SEO Specialist to help expand our cosmetics brand's digital presence and organic reach. This position blends community engagement, content strategy, and SEO to build a loyal following and drive traffic across Facebook, Amazon, and our official website. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of beauty industry trends and knows how to create meaningful online interactions that convert into brand loyalty and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our Facebook community while engaging in beauty and skincare groups to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and post engaging content that attracts organic traffic to our website, Amazon store, and social platforms.
  • Execute SEO initiatives such as keyword optimization, link building, and on-page improvements to boost search rankings.
  • Research, identify, and purchase high-quality backlinks from reputable beauty and cosmetics domains.
  • Foster relationships within beauty communities, forums, and social media networks.
  • Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and group discussions to maintain a positive brand presence.
  • Build and manage content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistency and engagement.
  • Track community growth, traffic analytics, and conversion metrics to guide optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content and community engagement with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with trending hashtags, beauty topics, and influencer discussions to maintain brand relevance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
  • Background in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry (preferred).
  • Proficient in community management, Facebook group engagement, and brand voice building.
  • Skilled in SEO tools, keyword research, and backlink acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Amazon traffic generation and e-commerce optimization.
  • Excellent command of written English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other social analytics tools.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaboration.
  • Understanding of content marketing and visual branding.
  • Experience with WordPress, email marketing, and CRM tools.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM EST (5 hours/day)
  • Must be available for meetings and team communication during these hours.
