About the role

Join the CPI Management Services' team as a Call Center Agent - Airline Account. In this full-time role based in Cainta Rizal, you will be the voice of our airline client, providing exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and address concerns. Your role will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty for our client.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Handle a variety of customer requests and complaints, providing solutions and resolutions
  3. Update customer records and document call details accurately
  4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
  5. Actively listen to customers and demonstrate empathy to build rapport
  6. Adhere to call quality standards and key performance indicators
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  4. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  6. Familiarity with airline industry or travel sector is an advantage
