About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to join our Travel Call Center team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' as a Travel Call Center (One Day Virtual Process) agent. This is a full-time role based in Cainta Rizal, providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients through virtual interactions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers enquiring about travel packages and services
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our travel offerings, pricing, and availability
  • Assisting customers in booking and modifying travel arrangements
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilising various travel booking and reservation systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Familiarity with virtual work environments and comfortable with technology
  • A passion for the travel industry and a genuine desire to create exceptional customer experiences
