About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a passionate and customer-centric professional to join our dynamic call centre team as a CALL CENTER - NON VOICE. In this full-time role, based in Cainta Rizal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer service support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries, requests and complaints via email, chat or messaging platforms
  2. Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in using computer systems, software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  4. Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others
