We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team at CPI Management Services in Cainta Rizal. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to incoming customer calls and addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on the company's products and services
3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
4. Identifying and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team members
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
6. Adhering to call quality and productivity standards

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Filipino
6. A positive attitude, empathy and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
