About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent - Non Voice to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' experience and helping to achieve our business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
