Retail Sales Specialist - Globe Telecom | SM City San Lazaro

We're looking for a Sales Specialist with a passion for driving results, building client relationships, and delivering top-tier customer service. If you're a dynamic, self-motivated professional with a knack for closing deals and a desire to grow with one of the country's leading telecom brands — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Globe's products and services to new and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and business clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (telco experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiarity with Globe's product offerings is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
