Grails and Build Corp GAB Corp is currently looking for a Procurement Officer that will be responsible in providing procurement and admin support to site operations of residential projects in Metro Manila.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keeps manpower sheets updated and Handles payment summary of site workers;
  • Manages procurement of materials to all projects requested by the Site Engineer;
  • Manages procurement of manpower to all projects requested by the Site Engineer;
  • Spearheads encoding and documentation of turnovered receipts;
  • Keeps a record of project expenses thru procurement process;
  • Keeps a record of inventory of assets on project sites;
  • Support the Liaison officers with assigned schedules and tasks;
  • Performs other function-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Fluent in English both in written and spoken
  • High attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Outstanding communication and team-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, exercising diplomacy and sound judgment
  • Ability to work in a team environment on standard and major projects.
  • Willingness to travel and be mobile.
  • Great interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, tact, and diplomacy when communicating with our external resources
