  • Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to additional requests.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns calmly and escalate when necessary to the Supervisor or Manager.

Order & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
  • Double-check orders before serving to avoid mistakes.
  • Process guest bills and handle payments accurately following company policy.

Dining Area Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and utensils.
  • Set up tables, condiments, and service stations before opening.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.

Teamwork & Standards

  • Coordinate closely with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and the cashier to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow OOTOYA's grooming, uniform, and behavior standards at all times.
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
