About the role

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This full-time role is based in Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking customer orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen in a timely manner
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality
  4. Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns
  5. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
  6. Assisting with side work, such as restocking, cleaning and side prep
  7. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including proper serving techniques and etiquette
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  6. Enthusiasm, positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry
