Marketing Strategy & Execution:Analyze business trends, customer behavior, and operational data to generate insights that drive strategic decisions at Coins.Collaborate with the vendor to optimize platform usage and ensure alignment with business objectives.Partner closely with the Product team to enhance processes, improve user experience, and support overall business operations through cross-functional collaboration.Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces.Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies to drive targeted campaigns and customer conversion.Build and implement omnichannel campaigns aligned with business objectives.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.Build and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, analytics, attribution tools, etc.).Integrate marketing systems with product and data platforms to optimize user engagement.Automate and personalize customer journeys through data-driven campaigns.Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, TikTok, programmatic, etc.).Optimize performance marketing metrics including CAC, CTR, and ROAS.Collaborate with design/content teams to produce high-performing creatives.
Team & Cross-functional LeadershipManage and mentor a team of digital marketers, planners, and content creators.Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.Partner with product, tech, sales, and business units to support launches and growth targets.Perform other MarTech-related and Digital Marketing duties as required. Requirements
  • Must hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Has experience coordinating with the CleverTap platform.
  • A strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and channel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
