Jobs and Responsibilities:


• Plan and execute programs and campaigns to drive growth to drive net new marketing qualified leads.


• Partner with the sales team, iterating and refining programs to increase marketing qualified lead to sales qualified lead conversion rate.


• Partner with the demand generation team to brief on content and demand generation requirements accurately.


• Analyse and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns, and business opportunities and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape.


• Forecast, measure, and report on campaigns and programs.


• Identify and run prospecting marketing plays across target accounts, ABM, industry, an d competitive verticals.

Job Qualifications:


• 7+ years experience as a marketing manager with accountability for lead generation.


• A clear understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs.


• Strong project management skills.


• Ability to engage sales teams in relevant conversations.


• Strong knowledge and confidence in CMS and CRM.


• Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environ ment keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.


• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to pivot and adapt quickly.
