Performance Marketing Senior Specialist

Coins is the most established crypto brand in The Philippines and has gained the trust of more than 18 million users. Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.
Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. What you'll do
- Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, etc.)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and marketing goals
- Set up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform pixels
- Provide regular reporting with actionable insights to optimize ROI and campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and media teams to define KPIs, conversion goals, and attribution models
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate campaign performance and trends effectively
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve marketing outcomes
- Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting through rigorous attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and attribution
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, etc., including UTM parameter implementation and analysis
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting campaign strategy and performance optimization preferred
