Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of annual brand plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive innovation cycles from concept to launch, managing both ATL and BTL marketing executions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, R&D, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to deliver maximum impact and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to strengthen market position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in brand management within FMCG or retail.
- Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of consumer insights, innovation processes, and integrated marketing communications.
