Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience working as a team leader in the hospitality industry.
  • Food & Beverage product knowledge
  • A willingness and passion to serve
  • Presentable and well groomed
  • Strong ability to communicate and to read and write in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus
  • Will be assigned in Share Cafe Restaurant

Job Description:

  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
  • Monitor the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
  • Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor bar set-up maintenance programs, check buffet/reception tables and coffee breaks process plus initiate plans to enhance the aesthetics of the restaurant
  • Prepare documents and maintain adherence to departmental standards.

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Supervisor in hospitality industry: 3 years (Required)
