About the Job:

This position is responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices), while also serving customers and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. They are responsible for taking orders and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparation of all types of beverages which includes duties such as grinding beans, brewing espresso, and preparing various specialty drinks.
  • Interacts with customers in a personable and service-oriented manner.
  • Tracking and organizing inventory for cafe and beverage supplies (coffee beans, fresh produce, napkins, etc.)
  • Maintaining espresso machines and other cafe equipment by regularly cleaning or troubleshooting.
  • Compliance to high standards of hygiene and food safety regulations in the workplace, at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any service management related course such as Food & Beverage.
  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in any large to small scale cafe/restaurants.
  • Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solution-driven, possess strong communication skills and ensure teamwork and organization in the workplace.
  • Proficient in culinary terms and concepts including a broad range of food knowledge.
  • Willing to be assigned in Calaca, Batangas (LODGING will be provided, details will be further discussed during the interview).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
