Job Summary

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately. This role ensures that inventory is properly managed and that orders are fulfilled on time to support smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
  • Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare and package orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (if certified).
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely dispatch and accurate documentation.
  • Follow company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
