Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor manages the daily logistics operations, including transportation, fleet management, and vehicle maintenance. This role ensures timely delivery of goods, proper upkeep of company vehicles, and efficient coordination between drivers, warehouse, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the logistics team, including drivers and support staff.
  • Plan and monitor transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, ensuring all company vehicles are regularly serviced, safe, and compliant with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding transportation and fleet operations.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Handle vehicle-related issues and emergencies promptly.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in logistics or fleet supervision.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair schedules, and fleet management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software or fleet management systems is a plus.
  • With Mechanical knowledge (troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, familiarity with diesel/gas engines).

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing a diverse fleet (trucks, vans, company cars).
  • Understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
