Company Overview

We are a multidisciplinary interior design award-winning boutique firm looking for SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER to be a key part of delivering successful projects alongside our Dubai office. We are seeking for passionate and hard-working professionals who are interested in advancing their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Design Management: Oversee and develop design concepts and deliver all phases of the project in accordance with client requirements.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact with clients and other consultants, ensuring alignment with the project's vision and goals.
  • Creative and Technical Design Responsibilities: Create conceptual design, layouts, detailed mark ups, FF&E selection, and present design ideas to clients for approval.
  • Workflow & Resource Management: Manage the flow of projects and resources, ensuring deadlines are met. Prepare and maintain schedules, monitoring potential delays or issues.
  • Documentation & Communication: Record discussions and decisions during meetings and prepare project documentation for clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
  • Proven portfolio of Interior Design or Architecture projects.
  • Strong conceptual and presentation skills
  • Great verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Design Manager and other team members.
  • A proactive team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to project demands, multiple time zones, and deadlines.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must be online in sync with the Manila team/ and Dubai team if required
  • Reliable DSL/Cable connection (Wimax, Canopy, Dongles, etc. are not allowed)
  • A decent headset and webcam for clear communication
  • Comfortable using MS Teams or Zoom for meetings and collaboration
