About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Interior Designer with strong creative flair and the ability to design in a modern, contemporary style that aligns with our client's ethos. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects and demonstrate a solid portfolio that highlights creativity, attention to detail, and practical design solutions. Experience with hospitality venue designs will be highly regarded, although not essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop creative, modern, and contemporary interior design concepts that align with client vision and ethos.

· Create design drawings, renderings, and visual presentations to effectively communicate ideas.

· Work on a variety of projects, with hospitality design experience, is considered a strong advantage.

· Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure designs are functional, stylish, and feasible.

· Prepare accurate drawings, mood boards, and specifications using design software.

· Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and techniques to enhance creative outputs.

· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and revisions based on feedback.

Key Requirements

· Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing modern and contemporary projects (portfolio submission required).

· Proficiency in:

o AutoCAD

o SketchUp

o Adobe Suite (Photoshop desirable but not essential)

o Rendering software (D5 preferred, other platforms also considered)

· Strong creative flair with the ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative design solutions.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with practical build considerations.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain ideas effectively.

· Ability to work independently while also collaborating with clients and project teams.

· Previous experience with hospitality venues is advantageous but not mandatory.

· A detailed portfolio is required for application.

· A skills test will be administered after interviews with shortlisted candidates.
