Position: IT Infrastructure Manager

Company Industry: IT Company

Location: Taguig City

Schedule: Midshift/nightshift (Must be flexible depending on business demands)

Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000 gross

Work set up: Hybrid 100% RTO

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Have 10years experience in IT Infrastructure and operations.

Have at least 3 years in a management capacity.

Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise systems, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and network architecture.

Demonstrated expertise in managing platforms and tools such as Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Intune, and various network solutions.

Knowledgeable in ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and proficient in using tools like ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, or JIRA.

Experienced in overseeing IT operations and infrastructure for local BPO sites.
