Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

The Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist plays a key role in supporting the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of technical issues. This position involves managing back-end systems, providing advanced second-level support, and overseeing the activities of the service desk team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to showcase their skills in infrastructure management, problem-solving, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server administration, network infrastructure, and end-user support, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Required Skills:
  1. Strong knowledge of Windows Server roles, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and RDS.
  2. Experience with user Office 365 administration and management.
  3. Hands-on experience with user Active Directory administration and management.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  5. Good understanding of Azure and cloud services.
  6. Knowledge of Windows networking basics and management.
