Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics planning operations, including internal customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve world-class Domestic logistics services and outperform market expectations.
  • Lead and participate in initiatives to improve route efficiency, reduce waste, and boost service performance.
  • Visit internal customers to understand their logistics needs, gather market insights, and develop value-added services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics planning team, setting clear KPIs and fostering continuous improvement
  • Monitor and control costs associated with fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance, and manpower.
  • Analyze cost drivers and implement initiatives to improve profitability without compromising quality.
  • Regularly report on budget adherence and identify areas for savings and optimization.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve delivery accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track KPIs (e.g., OTD, delivery planning accuracy, On-time Loading adherence, cost per drop) and initiate corrective actions when targets are not met.
  • Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation management
  • Proficiency in route planning tools, fleet tracking systems, Google Sheets and Excel-based reporting
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
