Job description:

A dedicated Store Proprietor who will be handling luxury brands, managing all aspects of the business, from inventory control to financial management, marketing, customer service, and staff supervision, with a focus on driving sales, improving profitability, and ensuring a positive customer experience

QUALIFICATION:

  • Proven experience as a Store Proprietor in the retail industry, with a strong background in managing operations for luxury brands and high-end fashion labels.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee day-to-day store operations, supply chain logistics, inventory management, and customer service excellence in a premium retail environment.
  • Skilled in maintaining brand integrity, ensuring exceptional visual merchandising, and upholding luxury customer experience standards.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing multi-store operations, training staff in high-touch client service, and implementing operational strategies aligned with brand positioning.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to support luxury fashion campaigns and seasonal launches.
  • Willing to be assign in any branches in Makati.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Using system to handle sales statistics, produce sales, projections and present spreadsheets and graphs.
  • Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors etc.) and ensuring that they reach their full potential.
  • Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance.
  • Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
  • Gathering information on customers' reactions to products.
  • Analyzing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
  • Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
  • Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data.
  • Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.
  • Assist in planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges.
  • Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
  • Making financial presentations to senior managers.
  • Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiating cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing the necessary paperwork.
  • Identifying supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise.
  • Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
  • Develops account specific growth strategies and approaches.
  • Develops industry leading relationships with external key account contacts in order to ensure that the business receives constant leads on potential key clients.
  • Plays an analytical role where he conducts research and gathers data on the consumers, the market, and competitive environment in order to identify key improvement areas in account maintenance and management.
