PAY:

This is a PART TIME position at $400 USD a month base pay + a Commission of 3% for every call sold that is booked through you.

10 Hours on Saturday and 10 Hours on Sunday.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly proficient English-speaking virtual assistant based in the Philippines/ Honduras to help manage our Instagram and Facebook messaging. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with leads who message us on these platforms.
  • Connecting with prospective leads organically through posts, comments, and engaging with new followers.
  • Encouraging leads to book a sales call by fostering genuine interest and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal English skills. Clear, professional communication is crucial.
  • Modern Equipment: A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection are required.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience with managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook, is a plus.
  • Fitness Industry Experience: Experience in the fitness industry is a plus, though not required.
  • Adaptability: Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style.
  • Flexible Availability: Must have flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and mornings.
  • Performance-Based Compensation: Our commission structure encourages a high-performance environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php23,316.00 per month
