Job Title: General Manager
Department: Human Resources, Administration, and Sales
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Binmaley, Pangasinan
Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources, administrative functions, and sales operations. The role ensures strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and performance excellence across the designated sites and teams.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources and Administrative Functions:
- Manpower Development & Team Leadership
- Ensure the timely completion of HR manpower requirements to build a strong, capable Human Resources Specialist (HRS) team.
- HR Project Implementation
- Cascade HR initiatives and targets to all HRS personnel and ensure timely and effective execution.
- HR Reporting Oversight
- Ensure regular and accurate submission of the following reports from HR Specialists:
- Manpower Requirement Monitoring and Placement Report
- Organizational Structure by Site
- Attrition Report
- Disciplinary Action Report
- Clearance Monitoring
- 1st Call and DAR Monitoring Report
- Performance Monitoring
- Oversee monthly HRS scorecard submission, facilitate performance reviews, identify gaps, and define improvement plans.
- Cross-functional Participation
- Actively participate in core meetings, GM meetings, or other strategic sessions as directed by the Managing Director.
- Employee Relations & Disciplinary Actions
- Lead employee disciplinary processes in coordination with HRS to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Organizational Development
- Initiate and lead strategic projects that strengthen organizational structure and address key operational opportunities.
- Corporate Initiatives Support
- Support and lead assigned corporate projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Sales and Business Development Functions:
- Business Leadership
- Serve as the primary lead, ensuring growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Operations Managers, Sales Supervisors, and Regional General Managers to optimize team performance and execution at the site level.
- Sales Strategy and Development
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to address performance gaps and seize growth opportunities.
- Distributor Relationship Management
- Act as the main liaison between and distributor partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual success.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and analyze performance reports covering sales, inventory, SKUs, individual seller performance, supervisor contributions, and site-level data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven leadership experience in human resources, sales, and operations management
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders
