Role Title: General Manager – Cebu Admin Operations

Reports To: CEO (UK) / Head of Finance (UK)

Location: Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid Setup)

Role Purpose

To establish and manage the Cebu admin hub for the business, ensuring the effective recruitment, training, and integration of offshore roles. The GM will act as the local leader, working closely with UK senior management and the Cebu recruiter to deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment & Onboarding

o Work with the chosen Cebu recruiter to source qualified candidates.

o Conduct interviews and manage offer/acceptance processes.

o Build structured onboarding & training schedules with UK managers.

·Operations & Training

o Translate UK task grids into offshore team roles & SOPs.

o Co-ordinate training (virtual & in-person where required).

o Monitor quality and output of Cebu team to UK standards.

· Team Leadership

o Manage day-to-day performance of Cebu staff.

o Implement KPIs, reporting back weekly/monthly to UK leadership.

o Foster culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

· Stakeholder Management

o Work with UK Head of Finance & Operations on role deployment.

o Partner with UK HR for workforce transitions.

o Ensure smooth communication between Cebu hub and UK HQ.

Skills & Experience

· Proven experience in shared services, BPO, or offshore operations management.

· Strong background in people management & training.

· Understanding of finance/admin/ecommerce back-office functions.

· Excellent communicator, able to bridge UK and Cebu teams.

· Operationally hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

KPIs

· Time-to-hire and quality of Cebu recruits.

· Successful training & integration within UK workflows.

· Cost savings delivered vs plan.

· Retention & performance of Cebu team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php200,000.00 per month
