Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in data reporting, process management, and cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, managing workflows across multiple plants, and driving process improvements to support financial and operational accountability. Timeliness and accuracy are critical, as outputs directly impact business decisions, financial exposure, and stakeholder accountability.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver accurate, timely, and visually engaging insights
  • Integrate and reconcile data from multiple sources (ERP, financial, operational, customer)
  • Maintain and enhance reporting for categories, customers, and plants, with a focus on reliability and timely delivery

Process Management

  • Manage RFQ tracking across 18 plants, ensuring deadlines are met and accountability is enforced
  • Forecast raw and packaging material run-out dates accurately
  • Identify residual inventories, estimate costs, and manage exposure risks
  • Analyze historical purchases and buying patterns to inform procurement decisions
  • Oversee invoice management, ensuring accurate coding, timely approvals, and resolution

Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making across category management, customer relationships, and plant operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Power BI dashboard design, development, and maintenance
  • Strong skills in data integration and analysis from multiple sources
  • Demonstrated success in process management across multiple plants
  • Background in supply chain, procurement, or financial analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferred)
