Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Solutions Designer) to join our team. This role plays a key part in the design, development, and delivery of new products and services, as well as the enhancement of existing ones. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, technologists, and business representatives to create innovative solutions that bring true value to customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the product design and development team, creating processes and mechanisms to support delivery.
  • Collaborate with product owners to deeply understand customer needs through research, analytics, A/B testing, and direct interactions.
  • Define customer experiences through mock-ups, wireframes, product specifications, and user stories.
  • Partner with technology and test leads to define architecture, assess trade-offs, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, finance, and quality assurance to align on objectives.
  • Present progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, design, or digital/software development.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to read source code.
  • Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Solid understanding of process and business operations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in software development or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Work setup: Hybrid, with 2 days onsite per week at BGC, Taguig City
