About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Staff/Driver to join our dynamic team at TeamRidemax Philippines in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and assisting with driving duties as required. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handling telephone inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
- Maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements
- Performing light driving duties, such as transporting staff and deliveries as needed
- Supporting various projects and tasks as assigned by management
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
