
Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team effectiveness and performance excellence. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the sourcing process to identify and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, establish hiring priorities, and provide strategic recruitment support. Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support recruitment initiatives and achieve business objectives. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools. Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in HRIS, and other recruitment software. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from recruitment data and generate actionable reports.
