Solutions Sales Manager

ULAP Networks is seeking a high-performing, self-driven Solutions Sales Executive to lead partner-led enterprise sales efforts in the Philippines. This role is focused on hunting new business opportunities through our Philippines telco partners, not managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of how telcos operate, is commercially savvy, and knows how to sell complex voice, cloud, and collaboration solutions through and with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development
- Drive new enterprise sales through ULAP's Philippines telco partner network.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through joint partner engagement.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead gen to close—this is a hunter role.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and opportunity documentation, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports, including participation in RFP/RFQ processes as needed.
2.Channel Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales, pre-sales, and leadership teams within telco partners.
- Run joint sales motions with telco reps, conduct product enablement, and co-own opportunities to close.
- Be the face of ULAP within key telco relationships—trusted, visible, responsive.
3.Solution Selling
- Understand and position ULAP's solutions across cloud voice, SBCaaS, Zoom Phone, and managed services.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales to run discovery, demos, proposals, and presentations.
- Lead commercial discussions and pricing negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- 5- 7 years in enterprise or solution sales, ideally in telecom, cloud, or SaaS.
- Strong network and experience working with Philippines telcos (e.g., PLDT, Globe, ETPI, Dito, Converge).
- Experience selling through or with partners—channel sales or indirect model knowledge is critical.
- Proven track record of overachievement in a hunting role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across stakeholder levels.
- Comfortable having basic technical discussions (SIP, cloud, network)—not an engineer but not lost in jargon either.
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight and thrive in a remote, high-accountability environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling cloud communications, UCaaS, Zoom, MS Teams integrations, or managed voice/SBCaaS solutions.
- Prior work at or with major telcos, system integrators, or tech distributors
