Job description

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Role Overview:

The sales & marketing officer is responsible for driving business growth through effective strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Business Development

 Identify and target potential clients in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

 Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

 Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.

  1. Sales Activities

 Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

 Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

 Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for solution alignment and timely delivery.

  1. Marketing Activities

 Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

  1. Client Relationship Management

 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

 Ensure post-sales follow-ups and satisfaction checks for service quality feedback.

 Address customer concerns promptly and escalate as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

· Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and achieving sales targets

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities

· Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and market analytics
