The Solutions Architect/ Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new leads and converting them to opportunities. The Solutions Architect / Inside Sales Engineer duties include communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  • Contacting potential clients and arranging meetings to create rapport.
  • Communicate with customers, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Increasing the value leads and current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Lead generation.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
  • Other related tasks are assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Solutions Architect or Inside sales within the industrial automation industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
