Project Site Supervisor

Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Madamba Builders and Trading Corp. Full time ₱450,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the construction team, ensuring high-quality project execution within the expected schedule and budget.
  • Execute projects in accordance with contracts, architectural and engineering plans, and approved drawings.
  • Allocate, supervise, and manage manpower; provide guidance, training, and, when necessary, disciplinary action.
  • Prepare, review, and validate material requests, delivery permits, pull-out forms, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Secure working permits and necessary approvals as required for project implementation.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on the construction site.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Licensed Professional (passed board/professional license exam) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management or supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to be deployed to project sites within or outside Metro Manila.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
