About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator / Project Coordinator to support client account management and project delivery. This role ensures day-to-day tasks, communications, and deliverables run smoothly while supporting senior account and project leads. It's a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and being the reliable go-to for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Team Support
- Join and participate in client calls, taking clear notes and tracking action items.
- Prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up communications after calls.
- Serve as a day-to-day support contact for client communications (under the guidance of senior staff)
- Help capture and track client requests, feedback, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and assist with scheduling meetings and calls.
Project Coordination
- Assist in developing timelines and task lists for active projects.
- Track deliverables and deadlines to keep projects moving.
- Coordinate between internal teams (creative, advertising, operations, etc.) to gather assets and updates.
- Help manage project management tools and maintain accurate status updates.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain organized project documentation and file systems.
- Prepare client reports, recaps, and status updates.
- Support billing and budget tracking as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support (agency or client services experience preferred).
- Comfortable joining client calls, managing notes, and communicating follow-ups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools (ZoHo Desk, Google Workspace, etc.) a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon a plus.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in follow-through.
- In office or reliable internet is required.
- Based in Cebu City and able to work onsite.

- Calls and meetings are well-prepared, documented, and action items are clearly tracked.
- Projects stay on schedule and details don't slip through the cracks.
- Clients receive timely updates and clear communication.
- Senior account/project leads feel supported and able to focus on higher-level work.
- Internal teams have the information and coordination needed to do their jobs efficiently.
