We are looking for a capable and client-focused Account Manager to handle key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and drive sales growth through effective project management and client satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for managing company-assigned and existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and continuous revenue growth. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. The Account Manager also supports Management in sales reporting, quotation preparation, and maintaining service excellence standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in AV, ELV, ICT, or project-based industries
  • Experience in Government bidding is an advantage
  • Excellent client-handling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and project coordination abilities
  • Organized, analytical, and results-driven
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; experience in CRM tools is an advantage
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional client service

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned and existing clients.
  • Manage key and recurring accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Offer maintenance contracts, SLAs, and extended warranties to support long-term client retention and revenue continuity.
  • Handle project-based accounts from quotation to completion, coordinating with Pre-Sales and Service teams.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project updates to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and project timelines to close profitable deals.
  • Monitor project implementation progress, documentation, and client sign-offs.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Service, Admin, and Accounting Departments for proper project execution and billing.
  • Track collections with Accounting to ensure timely payments and commission eligibility.
  • Support Management in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and revenue summaries.
  • Conduct market research and provide client or competitor feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
