We are looking for a Treasury Officer who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining efficient cash management, funding strategies, and financial transactions across various affiliate companies under Myvan Holdings Inc.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash balances and liquidity across multiple businesses under the holding company
  • Coordinate intercompany funding, payments, and cash flow forecasting
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions
  • Assist in developing treasury policies and procedures
  • Prepare consolidated treasury reports and support audits
  • Monitor debt obligations and investment placements (if applicable)
  • Help assess financial risks and support capital planning
  • Liaise with accounting teams of each affiliate for reconciliations and fund transfers

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury, finance, or banking
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Experience handling multi-entity accounts or working in a conglomerate/holding setup is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus
- Can work under minimal supervision and with confidentiality
