Clinica Prime Cebu Inc. (CPCI) operates a growing network of licensed medical facilities that offer comprehensive primary healthcare services, ranging from laboratory and diagnostic tests to medical consultations. With clinics located in Mandaue (Oakridge Business Park), Consolacion, and Mactan, we are committed to delivering quality care and an exceptional patient experience.

We are looking for a Treasury Lead who will play a key role in safeguarding and optimizing our financial resources, ensuring the stability and growth of our healthcare operations.


Key Responsibilities

Cash Management

  • Monitor daily cash balances and forecast requirements to optimize liquidity.
  • Execute cash management activities, including cash positioning, disbursements, and fund transfers.
  • Implement strategies to minimize idle cash and maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.

Banking Relationships

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners.
  • Manage bank accounts, signatories, and documentation for compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate bank transactions, including wire transfers and ACH payments.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare timely and accurate treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Support financial statement preparation and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure consistency in reporting.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate treasury processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in treasury operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or related course
  • Relevant experience in treasury, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and collection.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, reconciliation tools, and data analysis.
  • Proficient and advanced in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in finance/accountancy in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Can start immediately.
