Development Strategists International Consulting Inc. is looking for I.T. QUALITY ANALYST to be assigned in MAKATI CITY.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for banking applications and financial systems.

Validate system functionality against business requirements and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Identify, document, and track software defects using standard defect tracking tools.

Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.

Participate in review sessions, walkthroughs, and training related to Business-Oriented Banking (BOB) systems and processes.

Ensure high quality deliverables in both functional and non-functional testing aspects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–3 years of hands-on QA experience in banking products or similar financial systems.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices.

Familiarity with test automation tools is a plus.

Exposure to BOB systems or relevant training is highly desirable.

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform database validation.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Familiarity with compliance and security standards relevant to banking applications.

ISTQB or other QA-related certifications.
