What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and evaluate agent calls to ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to enhance performance
  • Maintain accurate QA reports and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with operations to align quality goals with business targets

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of experience
    as a Quality Analyst in the BPO industry
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
