Development Strategists International Consulting Inc. is looking for I.T. SOFTWARE ENGINEER - FRONTEND to be assigned in MAKATI CITY.

Framework Strategy & Governance

-Architect and evolve a shared React component library, build system, and style-guide.

-Define coding standards, folder structure, and release/versioning processes.

Research & Innovation:

-Research emerging React patterns, libraries, and best practices to continuously improve organizational code quality

-Evaluate and benchmark new tools and technologies that could enhance the current React ecosystem

-Conduct proof-of-concept implementations to validate potential technical solutions

-Analyze current code patterns to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement Performance & Quality

-Optimize bundle size, code-splitting, and rendering performance.

-Enforce linting, unit/integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and CI pipelines.

Documentation, Knowledge Management & Mentorship:

-Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the component library and development standards

-Develop research reports with findings and recommendations for technical direction

-Document architectural decisions and their rationales for future reference -Establish a knowledge base of React best practices specific to the organization

-Guide and coach frontend engineers on framework usage and best practices.

-Host regular "frontend guild" sessions to share knowledge and drive alignment.

Collaboration & Evangelism:

-Liaise with backend teams to shape APIs that support robust UI patterns.

-Promote framework adoption across product teams; collect feedback and iterate.
