What you'll do:

  • Revenue Management & Recognition: Prepare monthly revenue schedules, supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Analyze and report AR performance.
  • Financial Close & Reconciliation: Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reconciliation, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Audit Support & Documentation: Prepare and maintain audit-ready revenue and AR schedules.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze AR and revenue reports for Finance Management.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate billing and AR staff to ensure high performance and continuous development.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Being CPA is a plus
  • With at least 4 years of supervisory experience in finance or accounting
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years supervisory experience specifically managing finance teams
  • Possesses a basic understanding of collections practices and principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, enabling effective data management and analysis.
  • With experience in SAP or any similar systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Must have hands-on experience with SAP system implementation and usage
  • Willing to assign in Ugong, Pasig City
