Financial Operations & Reporting

- Supervise daily accounting and finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements and management reports.

- Monitor and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with PFRS and company policies.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

- Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis.

- Recommend strategies for cost efficiency and financial performance improvement.

Compliance & Internal Controls

- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government reporting requirements.

- Implement and monitor internal financial controls and procedures.

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Leadership & Team Supervision

- Supervise and guide finance staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.

- Provide training and mentoring to develop team capabilities.

- Allocate tasks, review outputs, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Key Qualifications
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a graduate of Accountancy/Finance
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
